If the application is duly completed, and accompanied by the required documentation, HJB will communicate its determination, within a maximum period of twenty days, counted from the date on which the application is complete and duly integrated.

If the request is appropriate, HJB will make its determination effective within a period of fifteen days from the notification of the corresponding determination, granting access, rectifying or canceling your data, or your right of opposition will be made effective (or your consent will be revoked).
