In the event that the information provided in the email is insufficient or erroneous to attend to it, or the documents to which reference has been made are not accompanied, HJB may require you, for a single time, to provide the necessary elements or documents to process your request within five days of receiving it. You will have a period of ten days to address the request, counted from having received it. If you do not respond within said period, your application will be considered as not submitted.
If the application is duly completed, and accompanied by the required documentation, HJB will communicate its determination, within a maximum period of twenty days, counted from the date on which the application is complete and duly integrated.
If the request is appropriate, HJB will make its determination effective within a period of fifteen days from the notification of the corresponding determination, granting access, rectifying or canceling your data, or your right of opposition will be made effective (or your consent will be revoked).
If appropriate, the delivery of personal data will be free of charge, through the issuance of electronic documents, through the email address that you have indicated for such purposes, in case you require that the information be delivered to you. in a diverse way, it must only cover the justified expenses of sending and/or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats that are generated.
